合作交流

课题组已与美国哈佛大学麻省总医院生物医学工程系,美国佛罗里达生物医学工程系以及精神病学系,美国密歇根大学,美国马里兰大学中西医结合研究中心,香港大学中医药学院建立了长期良好的合作关系,联合开展了实质性研究与博士联合培养计划。

课题组在开展实验方面,已与亚洲最大的神经影像基地北京天坛医院(放射科,核医学科以及神经内科),宣武医院(放射科及神经内科),北京东直门医院(神经 内科与影像科),北京中医医院,广安门中医医院,深圳宝安人民医院等国内著名的影像基地及中西医结合基地建立了稳定广泛的合作关系。

课题组在校内合作方面,已和交大医学院及第一附属医院建立了紧密的合作关系,并联合培养学生。

 白丽君,女,工学博士学位(电子科学与技术),西安交通大学生命科学与技术学院教授(博士生导师)。

 

研究方向

1.磁共振成像技术与图像处理算法研发,脑科学与脑认知,数据质控及标准化成像采集方案研发

2.基于医学影像与标记物海量数据的人工智能影像组学研究与应用

3.X射线及锥束CT成像系统及软件平台研发

4.基于脑-肠轴调控的脑损伤人鼠联合临床转化实验平台

 

    近五年在SCI检索的国际期刊发表论文50余篇,第一作者及通讯作者共发表37篇(影响因子大于120),论文总引1627次,H-index: 21,拥有国家发明专利9项,软件著作权8项。研究成果得到瑞典皇家科学院院士、国际疼痛学专业排名第一的Pain杂志副主编等发表在Nat. Neurosci. Reviews等顶尖期刊的正面引用与评价。出版学术专著三部,其中两部获得国家出版基金,一部获得我国新闻出版界的最高奖项“国家出版政府奖”。现为国际SCI检索期刊Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative MedicineBioMed Research InternationalNeural Plasticity的客座主编,并为领域6种期刊的编委。
