1. 1967-1979, Technician of Sanmenxia Zhongyuan Measuring Instrument Factory.
2. Since 1986, Associate professor and professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University.
3. 2005, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering.

Present Position:

1.  Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Rapid Manufacturing, Xi 'an Jiaotong University.
2.  Director of the High-end Collaborative Innovation Center, Xi 'an Jiaotong University.

   3. Published more than 400 papers, among them 100 and more were cited by SCI and EI.

7.  2000, won the Second State Award for Scientific and Technological Progress with “Some Key Techniques and Equipment in Rapid Prototyping”.

11. 2005, won the Second State Award for Technological Invention with “Design and Rapid Development of the Main Flow Channel of Anti-clogging Emitters in Agricultural Irrigation”.
12. 2014, won the Second State Award for Technological Invention with “The Technology of Design & Manufacture and Applications in the Personalized Substitute for Maxillofacial Bone”.
