董南雁，2009年毕业于西安交通大学管理学院，获管理学博士学位。现为西安交通大学管理学院会计与财务系教师，副教授，硕士研究生导师。研究方向为会计信息、审计质量与公司治理。现已公开发表中英文学术论文20余篇，其中CSSCI论文十余篇，SSCI论文6篇。另有多篇英文论文已接收或在审。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项，教育部博士点基金项目（新教师类）一项，并参与国家自然科学基金项目数项。长期讲授ACCA专业本科课程《公司治理、风险与伦理》以及《高级业绩管理》，讲授MPAcc研究生课程《财会专业英语》、《公司战略与风险管理》等课程。

Dong nanyan graduated from the school of management of xi'an jiaotong university in 2009 with a doctor's degree in management.Now he is an associate professor and supervisor of postgraduate students in the department of accounting and finance, school of management, xi 'an jiaotong university. His interested research areas include accounting information, audit quality and corporate governance.He has published more than 20 academic papers in Chinese or English, including more than 10 CSSCI papers and 6 SSCI papers. Moreover, he has several English papers accepted or under review. He completed one natural science foundation of China and one doctoral program of ministry of education, and participated in several natural science foundation projects. He has long-term experiences in teaching ACCA's professional courses such as "corporate governance, risk and ethics" and "advanced performance management", and also in teaching MPAcc graduate courses "accounting professional English", "corporate strategy and risk management", etc..
