焊接方法、焊接冶金、焊接材料与焊接设备的研究
1. 固相焊工艺与设备:固相扩散焊(DB)与过渡液相扩散焊(TLP)、搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)及其新工艺、超声波焊(USW)、热压焊等;
2. 特种钎焊:搅拌摩擦钎焊(FSB)、压力钎焊、半固态钎焊、摩擦/振动辅助钎焊;

3. 层状复合材料(复合板、复合管)的搅拌摩擦钎焊(FSB)制备技术
4. 铝基复合材料(Al-MMC)的原位强化液相扩散焊与中间层设计
5. 纤维强化陶瓷基复合材料(CMC)、碳/碳复合材料(Cf/C;CFC;C/C)的连接:焊接冶金原理、焊接方法、焊接材料设计

 科研成果推广:

1. 搅拌摩擦钎焊专利方法(FSB)的系列应用:双金属复合板、双金属复合管(铝包钢海洋平台桩腿、铜包钢、铝/钛、铜/不锈钢等组合)、阴极板的制备/修复技术;选区复合

2. 特种焊方法:异种(同种)金属大面积焊接、修复专利方法---搅拌摩擦钎焊(FSB);搅拌摩擦点钎焊(FSSB:friction stir spot brazing)方法与设备

3. 陶瓷基复合材料(CMC)的焊接方法与焊材:纤维强化陶瓷基复合材料用“高温高效低膨胀”钎料;C/C复合材料用“高温高效低膨胀”钎料

4. 铝基复合材料(Al-MMC)的焊接方法与焊材:不同体积分数铝基复合材料(SiCp/ZL101)专用钎料

5. 管材、棒材的高效液相扩散焊(TLP)焊接设备系统与焊接材料(协助指导:杨永兴教授);

6. 制冷设备用铜—铝管接头储能焊专用焊接设备(国家科技进步三等奖,第1完成人:邱凤翔教授);

7. 开关用铜软连接专用焊接设备(协助指导:王士元教授)。

招生信息:

每年招收3名硕士研究生;1~2名博士研究生。
