Chuan Yu Han, Tenured Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Xi'an Jiaotong University. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a doctoral degree in August 2015 and joined the School of Microelectronics, Xi'an Jiaotong University in February 2016. His main research directions include neuromorphic devices and their systems, spiking neural networks and their hardware implementation, memristors, thin-film transistors, and power semiconductor devices.

Main research directions include neuromorphic devices and their systems, spiking neural networks and their hardware implementation, memristors, thin-film transistors, and power semiconductor devices. In recent years, more than 20 relevant SCI papers have been published in international authoritative journals such as Applied Surface Science, Advanced Materials Interfaces, Applied Physics Letters, IEEE Electron Device Letters and IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices.
