1. Research Summary


My research work has mostly been in machine learning methods and their applications on identification and control of nonlinear systems. Among machine learning methods, I am mostly interested in neural networks and fuzzy inference systems, their learning algorithms, their structure determination and their hardware implementation. Moreover my work has focused on nonlinear system identification and control using neural networks and fuzzy inference systems. I also specialize in the application of fuzzy inference systems in the adaptive control and failure diagnosis of aerospace. Currently my research interests are in the area of brain signal processing and decision making process of small UAVs based on different brain signals.
