Wei Jinjia,  professor of School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, director of Department of Human Resources of Xi'an Jiaotong University,  recipient of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and  expert obtaining the special allowance of State Council.

     He presided over some key projects such as the National Key R&D Program, the 863 key project, and the key project of National Natural Science Foundation of China.

     He published more than 320 international peer-reviewed jounral papers and was invited to deliver 39 international conference lectures; He was authorized 54 invention patents, and was invited to serve in more than 20 academic journals and academic institutions at home and abroad.

     He won 5 provincial and ministerial first prizes and 1 international award, and got some honors such as New Century Outstanding Talent of  Ministry of Education, Advanced Individual in Teaching and Education of Xi'an Jiaotong University, WongKwancheng Education Award, Bole Award, Wu Zhonghua Excellent Young Scholar of Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics, Shaanxi Province Teaching and Education Model, Baosteel Excellent Teacher Award.
