Research Abstract:

Current research interests in my lab include the collection and analysis of GWAS and "next generation"  sequencing data on the psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, nicotine dependence as well as birth defects disorders such as oral cleft and clubfoot. In additoin to the research projects collaborating with phycisians, I am also very interested at the methodological development in genetic epidemiology. Specifically,   I focused on the applications and development of network based methods applied to large scale genomics dataset.
