学术经历和研究方向

郭立教授,博士生导师2012年在美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学植物病理与环境微生物系获得博士学位,2012-2016年在美国马萨诸塞大学生物化学与分子生物学系继续从事博士后科学研究201610月进入西安交通大学电子与信息工程学部从事教学科研工作。

主要研究兴趣和方向为植物和真菌互相作用基因组信息学、系统与合成生物学主持国家自然科学基金面上基金、青年基金、中国博士后基金和西安交通大学基本科研业务交叉学科研究等4科研项目,参与国家重点研发项目子课题1项。现已在Science, Nature Communications, New Phytologist, Genomics Proteomics Bioinformatics (GPB), Molecular Plant Pathology, Frontiers in Plant Science等多个国际权威期刊发表高水平SCI论文24篇,其中第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文13篇, 参与编写专著2部。为多个国际权威期刊担任同行审稿人20余次。参加国际国内学术会议16次,做特邀报告5次,担任国际研讨会Workshop特邀讲员2次。2019年被评为西安交通大学“十大学术新人”。2020年入选西安交通大学“青年拔尖人才”。现为中国植物生理学和分子生物学协会CSPB、美国植物病理学协会 APS、美国植物学家协会ASPB、美国科学发展促进会AAAS和美国人类遗传学协会ASHG成员。
