研究方向

李小军,国家级青年人才,西安交通大学前沿科学技术研究院教授、博士生导师、西安交通大学青年拔尖人才。2016.02至2023.02在约翰霍普金斯大学神经科学系从事博士后,主要研究方向为感音神经性耳聋与耳蜗毛细胞再生。主要揭示了调控哺乳动物支持细胞可塑性的分子“开关”,发现了促进毛细胞再生的新策略,实现了支持细胞重编程的可视化,并完善了毛细胞再生的调控网络。文章以第一作者身份发表在PNAS (2020) 、Science Advances (2022)、EMBO reports (2023),Journal of Virology(2013, 2015)杂志上。曾获得2021年约翰霍普金斯大学青年科学家奖,2020至2022年连续三次获得耳鼻喉科最大国际会议(ARO)旅行奖。曾主持一项国家自然科学基金青年项目。目前课题组经费充足,在创新港19号楼和21号楼均有独立实验室。
