研究领域

    利用第一性原理方法研究低维纳米材料及其异质结的新奇量子特性,探索其在光电器件、二次电池等领域的应用。迄今已在核心期刊上发表论文近40多篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表20余篇,包括Phys. Rev. B, Nano Research, J. Mater. Chem. A,J. Phys. Chem. Lett.,Nanoscale, J. Mater. Chem. C, Appl. Phys. Lett.等,SCI他引2000余次,主持国家自然科学基金基金2项,博士后基金2项,陕西省自然科学基金2项,校级科研启动基金2项。

 

具体研究方向包括:

1.  低维纳米材料量子效应的理论研究;

2.  二维材料及其异质结电子结构和光学性质的调控;

3.  新型二维材料在锂电池电极领域的性能分析。
