Pengju received the B.S degree in Information Engineering, and Ph.D. degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU)China, in 2004 and 2012, respectively. During 2009-2011, He worked as a Visiting Ph.D. student and Research Assistant at Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) in Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) His advisor is Prof. Nanning ZhengXJTU, IEEE Fellowand Srinivas Devadas (MITIEEE Fellow).

His research interests are Novel Computer architecture for Machine Learning and Neuromorphic Computing.
