学术方向:

多铁性异质结中电压调控磁性的相场模拟及低功耗自旋电子存储器件设计;铁磁纳米岛及几何结构设计的微磁模拟及电压调控磁畴的演化与180度翻转;铁电氧化物的相变及唯像热力学计算,电压调控铁电畴的演化与翻转,如导电畴壁,柔性铁电薄膜等。

 

主持项目包括:

(1) 国家自然科学基金-青年项目:BiFeO3纳米岛中铁电拓扑畴及其纳米多铁性异质结中逆磁电效应的相场模拟 

(2) 其它研究项目有:纳米磁体中电压驱动磁翻转的相场模拟及器件设计等
