个人简介

     Shengli Wu was born in Shaanxi province, in March 1964. Professor Wu is a doctoral supervisor and currently the director of the Institute of Electronic Physics and Devices at Xi'an Jiaotong University(XJTU). He engaged in teaching and researching on flat panel display devices and technology, secondary electron emission technology and devices, diamond semiconductor materials and devices, and nanofilm and devices for many years.

Research and teaching of flat panel display technology, secondary electron emission technology and device, diamond semiconductor materials and devices, nano thin films and devices.

Nov 2002 - Aug 2004:    Senior Development Engineer, Japan Branch of Terarecon, Inc. (CA, USA)

R&D of Cone Beam CT system for industrial non-destructive inspection.

and monitoring systems, focusing on both hardware and software.

June 1991 - Sept 1997:    Lecturer, Associate Professor (from 1996), Inst. of Physical Electronics and Devices, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. R&D of the magnetic deflection systems used in high-resolution CDT (color display tube) and CPT (color picture tube).

Dec 1992 - Dec 1994:    Engineer, Manager of Technology Dept., Shaanxi Caitong Electron Co., Ltd, China. Be in charge of development and manufacture technology of DY (deflection yokes) used in high-resolution CDT and CPT, partially participating the management of the manufacture line for DY.

July 1986 - Aug 1988:    Assistant Engineering, Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute, China. R&D of high voltage vacuum breaker.
