Scientific Research

My research program during my postgraduate work was centered on separation the enantiomers and comparison their difference on pharmacokinetics, pharmacological activity. The techniques that have been used during this work were:
1) Chromatography techniques-TLC, GC, HPLC, CMC (cell membrane chromatography).
2) Instrumentations: UV, IR, HPLC, GC/MS.
3) Pharmacological assay of target compounds.

My current research interests are in pharmaceutical analysis and focus on developing new methods for screening the active components from natural medicines and developing new drugs; studying on the interaction differences between drug and biomembrane (or receptor) and cell with Liquid chromatography methods; development and utilization of the natural medicine and development of the drug screening methods.
