Since 1996, Prof.Xiao has served as a teaching assistant, lecturer, associate professor and professor at the School of Management of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
Hosted and completed various research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of china, the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Fund, the Shaanxi Provincial Soft Science, the Central University Basic Research Business Expenses Special Project, and the Ministry of Education New Century Talents Program. Participated in the national major project “Management Research on Industry Development Strategy”, Shaanxi Provincial Government Project “Study on Energy Development Strategic Planning of Shaanxi Province”, Huadian International Group Project “Management Research in Biomass Energy Development and Application”.
