研究领域

1.新型电解电容器
        发明的高比容高电压电解电容器阳极箔腐蚀技术获得国家科技进步三等奖(排名第一)。首创了盐酸、硫酸、铬酸等混合溶液作为腐蚀介质的新型腐蚀体系(获授权发明专利1项),设计并研制出同时适合国产铝箔和进口铝箔的腐蚀设备,使得采用国产原材料、国产设备条件下获得的腐蚀铝箔的技术指标达到同期国际先进水平。自转化生产至今,始终坚持跟踪研究,不断提高技术水平和产品质量。合作单位深圳东阳光实业发展公司已建成广东乳源和湖北宜都两个化成箔生产基底,生产规模居中国之最,世界之最,年产值超过10亿元,经济效益已累计超过40亿元。该成果不仅结束了我国长期依赖进口腐蚀设备、技术和进口产品的历史,还使我国成为高压铝电解电容器化成箔的生产大国和生产强国,大大提高了我国铝电解电容器在国际市场的竞争能力,促进了整个铝电解电容器产业链的稳步协调发展,是我国产学研的成功典范。

2.导电聚合物及其应用
        在教育部高等院校优秀青年教师科研教学奖励计划(青年教师奖)资助下,对导电聚合物的制备方法、结构和性能进行了深入研究,采用电化学合成的高导电率的导电聚合物替代传统电解液,成功研制出高性能固体片式铝电解电容器(获授权发明专利1项)。2004年通过教育部组织的技术鉴定,技术达到国际先进水平,填补了国内空白。该项成果已在福州高新技术开发区转化成高新技术产品,2006年已实现批量生产,2009年获得教育部科技进步一等奖(排名第一)。

3.纳米复合介质材料及其应用
        主持完成的国家863计划项目“铝基高介铁电复合氧化膜制备与性能研究”在实验室取得了重大突破,成功地将具有高介电常数的纳米薄膜应用于电解电容器阳极铝箔。研制出具有高比容的新型阳极铝箔(获得授权发明专利3项),2005年11月通过科技部专家组验收,技术达到国际先进水平。研究成果应用于铝电解电容器阳极箔的生产试验正在广东肇庆华锋电子铝箔股份有限公司进行,2011年年底开始批量生产。

4.锂离子电池材料与器件
        主持的陕西省科技攻关项目“廉价环保型锂离子电池正极材料研究”在实验室也取得了重大突破(获授权发明专利4项),技术达到国际先进水平,正在进行应用实验,有望很快投入批量生产。

5.超级电容器
        在关于导电聚合物中离子的嵌入和脱出性能研究中发现了其作为具有高比功率高比能量的超级电容器的活性材料的潜在候选材料(获授权发明专利2项和公开发明专利2项),该研究已经获得国家863计划项目资助。这一研究已经引起国际关注,被2008年8月17-21日在美国费城召开的236届美国化学会年会的聚合物材料科学与工程分会邀请作特邀报告。

        近五年来,在Electrochemistry Communications、J. Power Sources、J. Materials Chemistry、J. the Electrochemical Society、J. Am. Ceram. Soc、Composites Science and Technology 等国际著名期刊和重要会议上发表研究论文100余篇,其中SCI收录40余篇,EI收录32余篇。取得授权发明专利13项,公开发明专利2项。
