娄燕山,2012年博士毕业于韩国科学技术研究院(KAIST),博士导师:Hoon Huh(许薰)教授。

娄燕山博士首创了基于损伤断裂微观机理的、考虑最大剪应力影响的损伤断裂模型,构建并力推基于应力不变量的各向异性/非对称塑性本构模型,在轻量化金属的塑性本构和损伤断裂模型的构建与应用方面拥有丰富的经验和研究基础。

2013年获德国洪堡基金会资助,2014年9月至2015年8月,作为洪堡学者在德国科学院院士、多特蒙德工业大学A.E. Tekkaya教授领导的国际顶级成形技术与结构轻量化研究所(IUL),从事轻质金属的塑性本构和损伤断裂的实验设计、本构模型的构建以及有限元应用等方面的研究。

娄燕山博士在博士后期间,与IJP副主编、KAIST教授Jeong Whan Yoon教授合作,提出了适用于镁合金、钛合金等HCP金属的各向异性-非对称塑性屈服准则,并系统的实验研究了轻质金属在剪切、单向拉伸、平面应变拉伸等应力状态损伤断裂的各向异性特性,提出数个各向异性损伤断裂模型来描述轻质金属塑性变形过程受力方向对断裂应变的影响,为轻质金属成形工艺的有限元分析、设计和优化,以及零件的轻量化设计奠定了理论基础。

娄燕山博士与Jeong Whan Yoon教授在2018年塑性成形领域顶级期刊IJP论文(Yanshan Lou, Jeong Whan Yoon, 2018. Anisotropic yield function based on stress invariants for BCC and FCC metals and its extension to ductile fracture criterion. International Journal of Plasticity 101, 125-155.)中提出的各向异性屈服方程,被国际著名商业有限元软件LS-DYNA采用,在2020年以后的LS-DYNA版本中可通过*MAT_LOU-YOON_ANISOTROPIC_PLASTICITY来调用。

在塑性力学领域顶级期刊Int.J.Plasticity发表论文5篇,两篇为ESI高被引论文,以第一作者发表JCR一区论文10余篇,google scholar引用900余次。

2019年获以有限元方法创始人 、1982年第一届NUMIFORM发起人之一O.C. Zienkiewicz教授命名的O.C. Zienkiewicz Award。

 

Yanshan Lou (Jul., 1983) graduated from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in Aug. 2012, supervised by Prof. Hoon Huh.

Dr. Lou proposed a micro-mechanism-inspired ductile fracture criterion to consider the mechanisms of nucleation, growth and shear-linking up of voids along the maximum shear stress. The criterion considered the effect of the largest shear stress on damage induced by plastic deformation, and the effect of the largest shear stress is correlated with the effect of the Lode parameter for the first time. Several modifications are developed to consider a changeable cutoff value for the stress triaxiality, fracture of four key stress states for sheet metal forming (pure shear, uniaxial tension, plane strain tension and balanced biaxial tension).

Dr. Lou, together with Prof. J.W. Yoon, also developed a yield function for anisotropic-asymmetric behavior of HCP metals in 2014, and a yield function for BCC and FCC metals to describe their anisotropic plastic deformation. Both yield functions are in forms of stress invariants, and accordingly their application in umat is quite simple and the computation cost is much lower compared with yield functions in forms of principal stresses.

The anisotropic yield function proposed by Dr. Lou and Prof. J.W. Yoon (Yanshan Lou, Jeong Whan Yoon, 2018. International Journal of Plasticity 101, 125-155.) is implemented by the commercial software LS-DYNA. The material model can be used by material card of *MAT_LOU-YOON_ANISOTROPIC_PLASTICITY by LS-DYNA released after 2020.

Dr. Lou worked as an Alexander von Humboldt scholar in Institute of Forming Technology and Lightweight Construction (IUL) leaded by Prof. A. Erman Tekkaya between Sept. 2014 and Aug. 2015.

Dr. Lou also worked very closely with Prof. J. W. Yoon for three times and benifited a lot during cooperation.

Dr. Lou published 5 papers in Int. J. Plasticity (3 as first authors and 1 as corresponding authors) and two first-authored ESI papers among more than ten JCR Q1 papers. Google citation is more than 900.

Prof. Frederic Barlat

Frederic Barlat教授:韩国浦项工业大学(POSTECH)黑色金属研究院(GIFT)教授、材料力学实验室主任。F. Barlat教授在金属板材冲压成形的失效预测、各向异性屈服方程、非对称屈服方程、屈服面演化、回弹预测等诸多领域取得了众多有重大影响力的研究成果。尤其在各向异性屈服方程的构建方面,Barlat教授所提出的Yld89、Yld91、Yld96、Yld2000-2d、Yld2004-18p等屈服方程广泛应用于商业有限元软件和金属板材冲压成形有限元模具设计和工艺优化中。Frédéric Barlat教授已发表期刊论文250余篇,引用11000余次,H指数为51。在著名的塑性力学领域最具影响力国际期刊International Journal of Plasticity创办25年间10篇被引用率最高的论文中,Barlat教授有3篇论文入选,并于2006年获得该期刊塑性力学领域杰出贡献奖。目前Frédéric Barlat教授担任学术期刊International Journal of Materials Forming和Modeling and Simulations in Materials Science and Engineering的副主编,以及International Journal of Plasticity、Metals and Materials International、ISIJ International等多家期刊的编委。

 


Prof. Kuwabra

T. Kuwabara教授:日本东京农工大学教授、全球创新研究组织首席教授、板成形顶级会议NUMISHEET’2018主席,日本塑性加工学会JSTP的fellow和Board member,日本塑性加工学会板料成形委员会主席,日本轻质金属研究所主席,韩国埔项工大(POSTECH)名誉教授。Kuwabara教授作为主席主持制定了“Biaxial Tensile Testing Method Using Cruciform Specimen”和“Method for springback evaluation in stretch bending”两个国际标准(International Standard IS)。获JSTP等10余个奖项。近6年受邀在IDDRG 2012和EUROPEAN CONFERENCE ON FRACTURE 2012做大会主旨报告(Plenary lecture),以及在NUMIFORM 2013等国际会议做主题报告(keynote)和特邀报告(invited Talk)数次。
