Basic Information

 

 

Dr. Feng Yu is a Professor at Institute of Social Psychology, Xi’an Jiaotong University. He received his joint Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Tsinghua University and University of California, Berkeley. His research mainly focus on morality. The main goal of his research is to chart fundamental cognitive processes and to characterize cultural and situational factors of moral judgment (especially virtue judgment, meta-ethical judgment, and mind perception) by using field and lab experiments, cross-cultural comparison, as well as Big Data methods. Now he served as the Vice Chair of Supervisory Board and Director of Executive Committee of Beijing Positive Psychology Association. He also served as the guest host of two TV shows at CCTV and SETV.
