ICCR2018会议通知及征稿启事

Dear delegates,
The 6th International Conference on Cryogenics and Refrigeration (ICCR 2018) will be held from April 12 to 14, 2018, hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China.
ICCR2018 is now open for submitting abstracts. Unlike most other conferences, two-page long extended abstracts should be submitted. “Extended abstract” means a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion. Only English Language is accepted. A template of such an extended abstract could be found in the attachment of this e-mail or on the “author info” page of the conference website: www.cryo.sjtu.edu.cn/ICCR2018. Authors should strictly follow the format requirements (fonts, font size, adjustment, margin, etc), otherwise the submission could be rejected or asked for revision. Instead of uploading documents to the website, please submit your extended abstracts in MS Word (*.doc or *.docx, preferred) or PDF files to the ICCR2018 e-mail address: iccr2018@sjtu.edu.cn, by the deadline Dec. 31, 2017.
Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. If you have a revised version, please send it again through e-mail and leave a message notifying the version change. Appending a version number like “_ver1” or the date to the file name is recommended. Please ensure that text does not contain typos or grammatical errors. No Proofreading will be carried out, and no corrections will be possible after the submission deadline. All the correspondence will be recorded and replied as quickly as possible for confirmation.
All the extended abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and assigned to appropriate sessions for presentations. Authors of papers accepted for either oral or poster presentation will be noticed through email by Jan. 15, 2018. These accepted abstracts will be included in the final conference program. Excellent abstract/presentation on the conference will be requested to provide the full-text paper and could be recommended to international journals such as Cryogenics, International Journal of Refrigeration, Science and Technology for the Built Environment, and International Journal of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration.
Please be noted that at least one of the authors of the paper should get registered by Mar 08, 2018 to be included in to the final program; and one registered author could present no more than two abstracts. Please underline the author who will present the paper in the extended abstract on the conference. It is strongly suggested to have your submission well before the submission in order to be eligible for Early Bird rates to reserve your seats for the conference.
