【主要研究方向】
(1)面对航天航空辐射环境及反应堆环境下半导体材料的辐照效应研究,包含辐照缺陷及损伤的多尺度模拟计算、缺陷对电学性能影响和中子及重离子辐照实验;
(2)面对裂变及聚变环境下核结构材料的辐照效应研究,包含辐照肿胀规律、力学、热学等性能演化、惰性气泡的形成演化规律、裂变产物迁移扩散、载能离子与中子辐照等效研究、离子束及中子辐照实验。
