张贻齐晶格: 天然具有II型狄拉克点的人工微结构

The Zhang lattice: a simple lattice naturally has type-II Dirac points [ChinaXiv:202307.00100]

2020年我们发现了天然具有II型狄拉克点的晶格。她的最小重复单元具有3个格点,她的能带天然具有II型狄拉克点。3年来,我们基于这个简单晶格做了克莱因隧穿,锥形衍射,能谷拓扑边界孤子等工作。现在是该给这个晶格一个名字了——张贻齐晶格(Zhang lattice)。Zhang lattice在冷原子操纵,光量子操纵,拓扑态操纵等诸多领域具有研究意义。希望她可以像Lieb lattice一样为大家的科研生活提供灵感。
