郑通兴，博士，浙江金华兰溪人，西安交通大学电信学部信通学院副教授，博导/硕导。2010年和2016年先后获得西安交大信息工程专业学士学位和信息与通信工程专业博士学位，2016年10月留校任教。2017年12月至2018年12月，澳大利亚新南威尔士大学国家公派访问学者。担任国际电气和电子工程师协会会员（IEEE Member），中国通信学会高级会员，中国电子学会会员，陕西省医学会生物安全分会第一届委员会委员，西安市科协科技智库专家，西咸新区空港新城国防科技经纪人。荣获2019年陕西省优秀博士学位论文获得者，2019年陕西省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖，2019年西安交通大学优秀博士学位论文，2021年西安交通大学优秀硕士学位论文指导教师，2022年河南省自然科学奖三等奖，2023年泛在通信国际会议（Ucom 2023）最佳论文奖，2023年第十届“大唐杯”全国大学生新一代信息通信技术大赛全国总决赛“优秀指导教师”奖，2023年空军首届航空创意挑战赛一等奖。
主要研究方向为5G/B5G/6G无线通信技术，物理层安全，隐蔽通信，通信感知一体化，智能超表面，随机几何理论，智能电网信息物理融合系统（CPS）安全等。已主持/参与国家自然科学基金，国家重点研发计划项目子课题，国家863计划项目，陕西省科技项目，全国重点实验室开放课题，航空科学基金，中电科、中船重工、航天科工、南方电网等企业合作项目等20余项课题。出版英文专著/章节3部，发表学术论文90余篇，其中SCI收录30余篇，包括通信领域权威期刊IEEE IoT Journal、IEEE Transactions等期刊论文26篇（最具学术影响力的国际期刊论文）。担任多个国际期刊编委，30余个国际期刊论文评审人，多个国际高水平会议的分会主席和技术委员会委员，2017，2018，2021三年被评为IEEE Transactions on Communications模范审稿人（Exemplary Reviwer）。论文在Google Scholar上共被引用2300余次，H因子为23。申请发明专利10余项，已授权6项。
