包艳，管理学博士，西安交通大学管理学院副教授，博士生导师。研究方向为权力距离，算法权力，权力与地位等等。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金项目、陕西省自然科学基金项目、军工项目、博士后基金项目、中央高校基本科研业务费项目，西安交通大学教改项目，企业合作项目若干。参与国家自然科学基金重大项目、国家自然/社会科学基金项目、省、市基金项目若干。近年来，以第一作者/通讯作者身份在在《Asia Pacific Journal of Management》、《Human Performance》、《International Journal of Hospitality Management》、《Leadership and Organizational Development》《管理评论》、《管理学报》、《外国经济管理》、《人力资源管理》等期刊发表多篇论文，担任《管理学报》、《Journal of Business Ethics》、《Business Ethics: A European Review》、《Leadership and Organizational Development》等多种SSCI，CSSCI期刊的匿名审稿人。主讲《领导力与组织行为学》、《组织行为学》等相关课程，并获得陕西本科高校教师创新大赛一等奖，陕西高校青年教师教学竞赛一等奖，西安交通大学课程思政大赛特等奖等多个奖项。

   Dr. Yan Bao, is an associate professor of the School of Management, Xi'an Jiaotong University. She earned her PhD degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Her major research interests include power distance, algorithmic power, digital intelligence management, power and status.

   In recent years, she has presided over a number of scientific research projects, including projects granted by the National Natural Science Foundation, provincial and ministerial funds, enterprise horizontal projects, and also participated in a number of scientific research projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation major projects, National Social Science Foundation projects, provincial and municipal projects. She has published many articles in domestic and international journals, such as Asia Pacific Journal of Management，Human Performance, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Leadership and Organizational Development, etc. Dr. Bao has served as reviewers for a variety of SSCI and CSSCI journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Business Ethics: A European Review, Leadership and Organizational Development. She teaches several courses, for both undergraduates and MBA students, including Organizational Behavior, Leadership, etc., and she has won several awards of excellent teaching.
