张楚华，男，陕西榆林人，西安交通大学教授、博士生导师。教育部“新世纪优秀人才”，国家重点研发计划项目首批负责人。长期研究流体机械内流理论与设计，专长并行计算流体力学。完成科研项目50余项，出版教材专著4部，发表学术论文400余篇，获省部级等科技奖励3项，培养研究生70余名，其中在大学任教13名。

Prof. Zhang Chuhua is distinguished as a New Century Excellent Talent by the Ministry of Education, and one of the first principal investigators of the National Key Research and Development Program by the Ministry of Science and Technology. He has long been engaged in internal flow theory and design of fluid machinery, with specialized expertise in parallel computational fluid dynamics. He has led over 50 research projects, authored 4 textbooks and monographs, published over 400 papers, received 3 scientific and technological awards, mentored over 70 graduate students, 13 of whom now are teachers in universities.
