背景:多级压气机性能调节通常独立于几何设计优化,导致效率与裕度难以两全、设计点与非设计点难以两全。如何通过三维几何设计及导静叶调节一体化优化以实现设计转速及非设计转速下效率及裕度的提升,具有重要的应用价值。

 

贡献:利用代理模型辅助、可解释性数据挖掘降维、自适应样本填充技术建立了一种多级压气机设计调节一体优化方法,在一台3.5级高速轴流压气机上实现了设计和非设计转速下的扩稳增效,其气动机理是级间、级内、叶高方向上的载荷重新分配。
