投稿截止日期为2023年1月15日。

投稿可以选择正常稿件（发表）以及摘要稿件（不发表）两种。

接收的正常稿件也有机会扩展并发表在Sensors期刊。

同时会议也会评选出会议和学生最佳论文：

The best conference paper award : 1000 Euro (first), 700 Euro (second), and 500 Euro (third).

The best student paper award: 900 Euro (first), 600 Euro (second), and 500 Euro (third).
