研究背景:离心压缩机绝大多数情况下运行在正流量稳定工况区,但在极端情况如喘振、非计划性断电等,压缩机工作在正流量非稳定工况区甚至负流量工况区。目前对负流量区的气动特性及流动过程知之甚少,严重制约了喘振机理认识和防护技术的进一步深入与提高。

本文贡献:建立了适合于离心压缩机全工况的三维CFD模型,重点开展了某天然气管线离心压缩机末级负流量气动特性与流动分析,发现了叶轮叶片压力面射流冲击、叶轮叶片吸力面大分离流、叶轮叶片尾缘溢出流等复杂流动现象,发展了负流量一维特性计算模型,为丰富叶轮机械气动动力学知识、发展离心压缩机防喘技术具有学术价值和应用前景。
