恭喜博士生郭璊的文章“Simultaneously Improving the Electrical Properties and Long-term Stability of ZnO Varistor Ceramics by Reversely Manipulating Intrinsic Point Defects”被陶瓷领域国际著名期刊Journal of the European Ceramic Society在线发表。

 

氧化锌压敏陶瓷由于其优异的非线性电压电流特性广泛应用于电力系统过电压防护。它们的性能在长期运行过程中会不断劣化,影响系统安全稳定运行。性能劣化根源在于可迁移锌填隙离子在电场下向晶界迁移并与界面态复合所导致的势垒下降。因此,提升抗老化性能的一种有效途径即为抑制锌填隙离子浓度。然而你,另一种本征缺陷离子——氧空位的浓度在锌填隙离子下降的同时也会下降,因为他们都是施主离子,具有同演变趋势。施主浓度下降,势垒难以很好发育,导致氧化锌压敏陶瓷短时电性能难以与长时稳定性兼得。本文突破了锌填隙和氧空位的同向演变固有趋势,抑制了亚稳态锌填隙,提升了稳态的氧空位浓度,进而获得兼具短时优异性能和长时高稳定性的氧化锌压敏陶瓷。这为针对性优化氧化锌压敏陶瓷性能提供了一种可行的方案。
