背景:离心压缩机不可避免地受到加工不确定性的影响,导致叶片真实几何偏离理想的设计形状,对压缩机性能带来不利影响。

 

贡献:提出一种双层降维方法,从数学层面和物理层面对不确定性输入变量进行降维,避免了不确定量化中因输入变量维数过大而导致计算量激增的“维数灾”问题;首次完成对离心叶轮叶片几何形状和加工误差分布的协同鲁棒优化,可在较低的加工成本下,获得鲁棒性更强的叶轮。
