Three days after the article was published online, the Chemical Words of the Royal Society Chemistry made a commentary report on our work titled "Fuelling the hydrogen economy with straw and old newspapers". The reporter Tom Farmer, a green chemistry expert from York University, highly praised our work: “the research represents a ‘step-change’ in the formation of clean hydrogen from biomass” and “This process could prove very influential in supporting a bio-based economy”.
