- Aiming at the special microenvironment of tumor, a nano catalytic drug encapsulated by erythrocyte membrane with photodynamic / chemical dynamic effect and catalase glutathione peroxidase activities was developed. Combined with Tim-3 immune checkpoint blocking, it stimulated the systemic anti-tumor immune response and realized the combined photochemical immunotherapy of tumor.
