- Low molecular pectin targeting galectin-3 was used to comprehensively enhance the photodynamic effect of dihydroporphyrin, including enhancing the apoptosis of tumor cells, inhibiting the spread of tumor and enhancing the recognition and clearance of tumor tissue by lymphocytes. Good antitumor effects were achieved in melanoma cells and nude mouse transplanted tumor models.
