- A metabolizable composite nano drug loading system for tumor photothermal therapy was constructed with nano liposomes as template and cantharidin loaded based on the plasma resonance absorption characteristics of gold nanoparticles. The effective killing of tumor cells under low light energy of 200MW / cm2 was realized by using the inhibition of cantharidin on heat shock response.
