马鹏琛，副教授，硕士/博士研究生导师。2020年博士毕业于中国科学院化学研究所，师从陈辉研究员。2021年9月至2023年9月，在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）从事博士后研究，合作导师为K. N. Houk教授。主要研究方向为3d金属催化的有机反应、以及酶催化反应过程的理论与计算机理研究。主持国家自然科学基金、省部级项目及西安交通大学创新基金等多个科研项目。以第一作者或合作作者在 Nature、Science、Nat. Catal.、Nat. Chem.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、ACS Cent. Sci.、Nat. Commun.、Chem. Sci.、ACS Catal.、Org. Lett. 等国际知名SCI期刊发表论文二十余篇。

     Pengchen Ma (Associate Professor, Supervisor of M.S. and Ph.D. Students) received her Ph.D. in 2020 from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, under the supervision of Prof. Hui Chen. From Sept. 2021 to Sept. 2023, she conducted postdoctoral research at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with Prof. K. N. Houk. Her research focuses on the mechanism study of organic and enzymatic reactions catalyzed by 3d metals, by using theoretical and computational methods. She is the principal investigator of several national and provincial-level research grants. She has published over 20 papers as first or co-author in leading international journals, including Nature, Science, Nat. Catal., Nat. Chem., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Cent. Sci., Nat. Commun., Chem. Sci., ACS Catal., and Org. Lett.
