背景:离心压气机一维设计参数与气动性能之间关系是流体机械原理的经典内容,但三维设计参数与气动性能特别是失速裕度之间关系由于设计自变量数目多且强烈耦合,远远超出现有经验关联式及常规手段的求解范畴。

 

贡献:在系统深入总结叶轮机械气动设计理论发展历史的基础上,针对离心压气机高效宽裕度设计需求,基于教研组前期形成的高维高效代理模型,建立了能够支持离心压气机三维设计特别是宽裕度设计的数据挖掘框架,极大降低了三维设计的计算周期,并在航空离心压气机三维高速叶轮+叶片扩压器设计中获得了验证和应用。研究成果对形成离心压气机先进设计方法,开发和改型高效宽裕度模型机系列具有重要应用价值。
