杜建强，博士，西安交通大学生命科学与技术学院生物医学工程系副教授。
研究方向
1.分子进化与系统发生动力学。聚焦分子流行病学与病毒进化研究，运用系统发生学、群体遗传学方法解析致病病毒传播机制，重点研究病毒遗传变异与宿主互作动态过程。
2.生物医学大数据融合与知识发现。整合多尺度多来源的疾病、环境与人口学数据库，开展环境与临床流行病学研究及循证医学方法开发，探索跨领域数据关联规律。
主持国家自然科学基金等项目，作为核心成员完成国家级基金课题，主导生物信息学与数据分析工作，涉及序列和疾病数据库的构建、癌症驱动基因的识别、DNA序列遗传标记的表征以及高原高血压发病机制等。
