论文简介    In order to eliminate the effects of the system’s insensitivity on flow patterns and improve the accuracy of phase concentration measurement, an electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) is added to obtain the prior knowledge for the concentration measurement system in this work. With the ECT system, the solid particle distribution in the flow pipelines can be presented by measuringcapacitance, and then the flow patterns can be obtained. An improved offline iteration online reconstruction (OIOR) algorithm is proposed as the image reconstruction for the ECT system and a method of 2-dimension maximum entropy threshold image segmentation is used for a further image processing. The dynamic experiments are carried out for gas/solid two-phase flows. First, the flow regime is identified by the ECT, and the result can be also used for tracing the fluctuation of dynamic two-phase flow online. Then, the volume concentrations can be calculated based on the reconstructed results. The final experimental results indicate that the average relative error of the concentration measurement is about 1.5% over a coal volume concentration range 0.096%-0.497%.
