论文简介    空间凸轮机构虚拟设计系统的实现 甄庆娟 王晶 杨文波 (西安交通大学机械工程学院,710049,西安) 摘要: 利用Visual C++和OpenGL相结合,编程实现了一个对空间凸轮机构进行虚拟设计的系统.该系统能够模拟空间凸轮的设计过程,实时显示生成的空间凸轮的三维图形,具备输出凸轮各种参数、对凸轮基本参数进行优化、与用户进行动态交互的功能,还能够模拟凸轮机构的运动过程,便于用户对设计结果进行检验.文中比较全面的对系统的整个流程包括从数据生成到打印进行了详细的介绍.提出了一种针对各种运动规律的空间凸轮的啮合曲面进行三维建模的统一模型,并对面向对象技术以及人机交互进行了说明. 关键词:空间凸轮;面向对象编程;三维图形显示;虚拟设计;动画 中图分类号:TH112;TP391文献标识码:A Virtual Design System of Spatial Cam Based on OpenGL Zhen Qingjuan Wang Jing Yang Wenbo (School of Mechanical Engneering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an 710049, China) Abstract: This paper introduces the virtual design system of spatial cam based on Visual C++ and OpenGL. By this system, we can simulate the design process of spatial cam. The system can display the three dimensional cam graphics in time, export parameters of cam in detail , optimize the parameter and interact with user. The system also can simulate the animation of cam, in this way we can find out the defect of cam mechanisms and correct it. We also analyze details of the whole flow, such as creating of data, displaying, printing, present a method in cylindrical cam profile modeling, mention the OOP technology and man-machine interactive.
