个人简介

甘肃省天水市清水县人,2010年以《量子力学》专业课满分的成绩考入了西南大学攻读研究生,2015年12月博士毕业,2016年入选西南交通大学“雏鹰学者”,2018-2021年在加拿大滑铁卢大学从事博士后研究。目前任职于西安交通大学,并入选“青拔A”资助计划。迄今为止,以第一/通讯作者在国际SCI期刊 Nano Letters (IF = 12.262),Nano Energy (IF = 19.069),Advanced Science (IF = 17.521),Nano-Micro Letters (IF = 23.655),Nanoscale Horizons (IF = 11.684),Materials Today Physics (IF = 11.021),ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces (IF = 10.383) 等上发表SCI收录论文60余篇。6篇遴选进入全球ESI 1% 高被引,2篇入选中国工程院编写的《全球工程前沿2020》报告中“类脑智能芯片”工程研究前沿核心论文(全球共86篇论文入选)。论文总引用超过3700次,个人H指数36,获得授权发明专利10余项。

研究领域

1. 忆阻器的制备及其在信息存储、神经突触、神经网络、神经形态学计算、电子皮肤、人工视觉、类脑芯片、人工智能和量子器件中的前沿应用。

2. 新能源材料的制备及其在二次电池、光催化分解水、固氮、以及光伏器件中的应用。

3. 可持续天然生物材料的提取及其在可穿戴柔性电子器件和可植入医学器件中的应用。

前期的研究

(1)聚焦于构建基于忆阻器的信息存储系统和神经突触器件,围绕“智能类脑芯片”和“新一代人工智能”等国际热点领域开展研究。

 

(2)聚焦于使用丰富的可再生天然生物材料制备忆阻器件,从而实现可持续和绿色电子学的发展及其在信息存储与人工智能中的应用。
