王红义,教授,博士生导师,分别于2003年和2007年在西安电子科技大学获得硕士和博士学位,2007年至今在西安交通大学微电子学院任教,2012年5月至2013年6月在美国亚利桑那州立大学(ASU)访学,2016年10月至2016年11月在欧洲微电子研究中心(IMEC)学习。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、重大专项“核高基”项目、重点研发计划、教育部博士点基金、陕西省自然科学基础研究计划和横向芯片研发项目30多项。在IEEE等国内外期刊上和会议上发表论文50多篇,获国家发明专利20多项。
Wang Hongyi, Professor and PhD Supervisor, was born in 1974. He received his master's and Ph.D. degrees in electronic science and technology from Xidian University, China, in 2003 and 2007, respectively. Since 2007, he has been teaching at the School of Microelectronics, Xi'an Jiaotong University. He worked as a visiting scholar at Arizona State University (ASU) from May 2012 to June 2013 and studied at the Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre (IMEC) in Europe from October to November 2016. He has led and participated in over 30 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Ministry of Education's doctoral fund, Shaanxi Province's basic research program in natural science, and horizontal scientific research projects. He has published more than 50 papers in domestic and international journals and conferences such as IEEE, and has obtained over 20 national invention patents.
