个人简介:2008年获得中科院计算所计算机专业博士学位。2002年和2005年分别获得山东大学计算机专业学士和硕士学位。博士期间曾在微软亚洲研究院、美国纽约州立大学石溪分校进行学习。先后在美国韦恩州立大学任研究助理教授、在美国纽约州立大学石溪分校进行博士后研究,以及在美国佛罗里达国际大学任助理教授。2020年10月至今受聘于西安交通大学数学与统计学院。

       博士论文题目为“基于计算共形几何的形状分析”。共发表重要国际期刊和会议论文90余篇(包括IEEE TPAMI, TVCG, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, MICCAI等),出版Springer 英文专著1 部,题目为《Ricci flow for surface registration and shape analysis: theory, algorithm and applicaiton》。获2009年CAD/CAM年度最佳论文奖(Gaheon)和2017年世界华人数学家联盟 (ICCM) 最佳论文奖,获国际国内专利10 项(其中美国专利4 项)。现主持国家自然科学基金委重大项目课题1项。长期从事三维计算机视觉的几何分析方法研究,建立了一整套相对独立的离散几何分析方法,致力于求解曲面、三流形的注册、追踪、分类及识别等精准分析问题,并应用于工程与医疗领域;同时,深度探索机器学习模型的几何解释及各维度的广泛应用。
