西安交大科研人员在气候变化与长江下游文明演化方面取得重要进展

11月24日，《科学进展》（Science Advances）杂志刊登了西安交通大学全球环境变化研究院张海伟、程海、蔡演军等与美国加州州立大学教授Ashish Sinha、奥地利因斯布鲁克大学教授Christoph Spötl、浙江大学教授刘斌等的合作研究论文《长江下游良渚文化及其他新石器文化衰亡对气候变化的响应》（Collapse of the Liangzhu and other Neolithic cultures in the lower Yangtze region in response to climate change）。该研究为研究长江下游新石器文化演化提供了高精度的气候变化背景，表明距今4300年前长江下游极端降水增多是导致良渚文化衰亡的重要气候因素。
