个人简介(Brief introduction)

       赵友,男,工学博士,1990年出生,西安交通大学机械工程学院,副研究员。主要从事用于高端/智能制造装备的硅压阻式高精度测力传感器和用于极端环境的碳化硅MEMS耐高温压力/振动传感器相关研究。主持科研项目8项(其中国家级3项、省部级5项),以核心成员身份参与重大科研项目5项(国家级2项、省部级3项)。发表学术论文44篇(SCI收录28),获国家授权发明专利30项(12项发明专利实现在企业的转化应用),获得陕西省国防科技进步二等奖1项。

       其中,(1)用于高端/智能制造装备的硅压阻式高精度测力传感器:主要研究用于高端数控机床切削状态原位监测的智能刀具和多维力传感器,包括智能刀具切削力传感器、智能夹具夹持力传感器、集成式六维力和三维力传感器。通过实时检测零件加工过程中刀具和零件的受力状态,监测加工的稳定性、刀具的磨损程度等切削状态,为优化切削参数和预测切削故障提供数据支撑,对于提升零件制造精度、效率和成品率,保证自动化设备运行安全和故障诊断、实现智能制造具有重要意义。

     (2)用于极端环境的碳化硅MEMS耐高温压力/振动传感器:小型化、耐高温的压力和振动传感器在航空航天、石油化工、核能电力等领域具有广泛的应用需求,国内尚无成熟的耐高温压力和振动传感器产品,国外技术封锁、产品禁运。针对我国高温压力和振动测试的应用需求和技术瓶颈,以宽禁带半导体SiC为原材料,研究具有耐高温、耐腐蚀特性的MEMS传感器芯片的材料特性、设计方法、制造技术、封装工艺和测试方法,通过微纳制造技术以及MEMS芯片耐高温封装技术,形成具有耐600℃的SiC压力和振动传感器。满足航空航天、石油化工以及核能电力等重要领域对高温压力/振动测试技术的广泛应用需求。

   

    Zhao You, male, Ph.D. in Engineering, born in 1990, is an associate researcher fellow at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University. My main research interests are silicon based piezoresistive high-precision force sensors for high-end/intelligent manufacturing equipment and silicon-carbide based MEMS high-temperature pressure/vibration sensors for extreme environments. I have hosted 7 scientific research projects (including 3 national level projects and 5 provincial/ministerial level projects), and participated in 5 scientific research projects as core members (2 national level projects and 3 provincial/ministerial level projects). I have published 44 academic papers (28 SCI papers), obtained 30 national authorized invention patents (12 invention patents have been transferred to relevant enterprises for application), and won 1 second prize of Shaanxi Provincial Defense Science and Technology Progress Award.

    Among them, (1) Silicon based piezoresistive high-precision force sensors for high-end/intelligent manufacturing equipment: mainly research intelligent cutting tools and multi-dimensional force sensors for in-situ monitoring of cutting status of high-end CNC machine tools, including intelligent cutting force sensors, intelligent fixture clamping force sensors, integrated six-dimensional force sensors and three-dimensional force sensors. By detecting the force status of cutting tools and parts during the machining process, monitoring the stability of machining, the degree of tool wear for optimizing cutting parameters and predicting cutting faults. This is of great significance for improving the precision, efficiency, and yield of part manufacturing, ensuring the safe operation and fault diagnosis of automated equipment, and achieving intelligent manufacturing.

       (2) Silicon-carbide based MEMS high-temperature pressure/vibration sensors for extreme environments: miniaturized and high-temperature resistant pressure and vibration sensors have a wide range of application needs in aerospace, petrochemical, nuclear power and other fields. There is no mature high-temperature resistant pressure and vibration sensor product in China, and foreign technology and product embargoes. In response to the application needs and technical bottlenecks of high-temperature pressure and vibration testing in China, a wide bandgap semiconductor SiC is used as the raw material to fabricate high temperature and corrosion resistance sensor. Through micro nano manufacturing technology and MEMS chip high-temperature resistance packaging technology, SiC pressure and vibration sensors with 600 ℃ resistance is formed. Meet the widespread application needs of high-temperature pressure/vibration testing technology in important fields such as aerospace, petrochemicals, and nuclear power.
