教授，博导，西安交通大学青年拔尖人才（A类），化工机械所所长和支部书记。

研究方向为固态储氢与燃料电池，牵头主持国家重点研发计划重点专项项目（2项）、国家重大科技专项项目任务（1项）、国家自然科学基金项目（3项）等国家级项目6项以及陕西省重点研发计划专项项目（3项）等省部级项目10余项。

一作或通讯作者在Chemical Reviews、Journal of Energy Chemistry等期刊发表论文80余篇，获中国发明创业奖成果奖二等奖（第一完成人）、陕西省石化科学技术一等奖、中国发明创业奖人物奖等。

摘要：•Influence of nonmetal N doping on Mg-based alloy was studied from the point of view of surface.
•N has superior effect on lowering thermal stability of Mg2Ni compared with transition metal Zr.
•The addition of N makes the number of stable hydrogen adsorption sites increase.
•The results offered an explanation for light nonmetal promoting hydrogen adsorption and release.
