明小庆，湖北黄冈人。2011年本科毕业于南开大学，2018年博士毕业于香港中文大学，师从吴奇院士。毕业后在香港中文大学（深圳）朱世平院士课题组开展博士后研究，并相继担任助理研究员、研究助理教授。2023年9月加入西安交通大学化学学院。主要研究方向为动态高分子凝胶、聚合物电解质、高分子粘合剂的结构设计与应用开发。在ACS Nano、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Aggregate、Macromolecules、Chem. Eng. J.、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces及Macromol. Rapid Commun.等领域内国际知名期刊发表学术论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目，获授权发明专利4项。入选陕西省三秦英才引进计划高层次人才，参与甘肃省级重点人才项目。曾担任广东省“珠江人才计划”引进创新创业团队核心成员，并入选广东省海外青年博士后引进人才、深圳市海外高层次人才、深圳市龙岗区深龙英才等。
Dr. Xiaoqing Ming

Dr. Ming received his B.S. from Nankai University in 2011 and his Ph.D. from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2018 under the supervision of Academician Chi Wu. After graduation, he conducted postdoctoral research in the group of Academician Shiping Zhu at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), and subsequently served as Assistant Researcher and Research Assistant Professor. In September 2023, he joined the School of Chemistry at Xi’an Jiaotong University. His research focuses on the structural design and application development of dynamic polymer gels, polymer electrolytes, and polymer adhesives. He has published over 20 papers in internationally renowned journals such as ACS Nano., Adv. Funct. Mater., Aggregate, Macromolecules, Chem. Eng. J., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces and Macromol. Rapid Commun. He has presided over a National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Program, participated in an NSFC General Program, and holds four authorized invention patents. He has been selected for the Shaanxi Sanqin Talent Introduction Plan (High-Level Talent) and participated in a Gansu Provincial Key Talent Program.
