基本信息

梁玲利博士,西安交通大学医学部基础医学院生理学与病理生理学系副教授,博士生导师。基础医学院青年委员会委员兼秘书,中国神经科学学会神经内稳态和内分泌分会委员。

2002年在郑州大学医学院获得预防和全科医学学士学位,2005年在上海中医药大学获得中西医结合基础生物硕士学位,2010年在复旦大学获得神经生物学专业博士学位,2010-2013年,在美国约翰霍普金斯大学从事博士后研究工作,2013-2017年在美国新泽西罗格斯大学任Research associate从事科学研究。

本人主要研究方向是慢性痛的表观遗传学机制研究。主持在研国家自然科学基金2项,陕西省自然科学基金面上项目1项,中国博士后基金1项,高校基本科研业务费2项,另参与国家自然科学基金项目1项。目前单独以及合作指导研究生共3名,指导大学生创新实验若干项并获得腾飞杯奖状。

在国内外杂志发表论文30余篇,发表杂志包括国际知名期刊NeuronNature communication PainScience signalingAnesthesiology等,其中一半已发表论文以第一或通讯作者发表。

I am Lingli Liang, Ph.D., Associate professor in the Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology, School of Basic Medical Sciences, Xi’an Jiaotong University Health Science Center. I am member and secretary of youth committee of School of Basic Medical Sciences and member of Neurohomeostasis and Endocrinology branch of Chinese society of neuroscience.

I got my Bachelor Degree in Preventive Medicine/General Medicine from Zhengzhou University in 2002, a Master Degree in Cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine (Biology) from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2005, and a PhD Degree in Neurobiology from Fudan University in 2010. From 2010 to 2013, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Johns Hopkins University and then as a Research associate in New Jersey Medical School, Rutgers University. In 2017, I was recruited in Xi’an Jiaotong University as an Associate Professor.

My major research interest is to elucidate the epigenetic mechanism of chronic pain. I have obtained multiple grants to support my research. The grants are listing here:

So far I have published more than 30 papers in domestic and foreign journals, half of them which I contributes as the first or corresponding author in Internationally renowned journals including Nature communication, Pain, Science signaling, Anesthesiology and other international journals. Currently, I am directing 3 graduate students and 10 undergraduate students. Several students whom I directed in innovative experiments have got “Teng-Fei Cup” Prize.

Research areas: Peripheral and central mechanisms of chronic pain.

Current interests: 1. Epigenetic regulation in neuropathic pain. 2. Central mechanisms of chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain.

研究领域

神经病理痛是临床难治性疼痛,通过建立动物神经病理痛模型,本人以往对神经病理痛表观遗传学调控机制进行了深入研究,主要研究发现包括:1.背根神经节组蛋白甲基转移酶G9aSUV39H1通过调控钾通道和阿片受体基因表达参与神经病理痛的外周机制;2.背根神经节DNA甲基转移酶DNMT3A通过调控钾通道和阿片受体基因表达参与神经病理痛的外周机制;3. 发现转录因子C/EBPbetaMZF1等通过调控疼痛相关基因参与神经病理痛的外周机制。

 

目前主要研究方向:1. 神经病理痛的表观遗传学调控机制;2. 化疗痛的中枢机制及化疗药物导致的中枢功能障碍。
