先后主持国家自然科学基金委员会青年科学基金项目、科技部国家重点研发计划“常见多发病防治研究”重点专项课题子任务；以第一/通讯（含共同）作者身份在Molecular Psychiatry、The British Journal of Psychiatry、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Briefings in Bioinformatics等期刊发表论文30余篇；担任Metabolism、Briefings in Bioinformatics、Environment International、Schizophrenia Bulletin等期刊审稿人；参与编写研究生教材、修订卫生行业标准；参与国家级一流本科课程《预防医学实践》和地方病特色研究生课程《环境-基因相互作用研究的流行病学方法》教学工作，指导本科生毕业设计等。
