Chenxu Wang

Prof. Chenxu Wang received his B.S. degree in Communication Engineering and Ph. D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2009 and 2015 respectively. From 2016.7 to 2017.7, he visited The Hong Kong Polytechnic University as a Post-doctoral Fellowship under the supervision of Daniel Xiapu Luo. 

He  is Professor and Associate Dean of the School of Software at Xi’an Jiaotong University, where he is also affiliated with the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Networks and Network Security, Ministry of Education. He has been selected for a national-level young talent program. His research focuses on graph mining, big data analytics in finance, and blockchain. 

He has published over 80 papers as first or corresponding author in top-tier journals and conferences, including IEEE TIFS, IEEE TDSC, FSE, IEEE TKDE, KDD, ICDE, WWW, Chinese Journal of Computers, and Journal of Software. He serves as Deputy Director of the Youth Working Committee, CCF Digital Finance, and as a Young Associate Editor of Big Data Mining and Analytics. He has undertaken projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the CCF-Tencent Open Fund, the CCF-NSFOCUS ‘Kunpeng’ Research Fund, and other national research programs. 

His awards include the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award of Shaanxi Higher Education Institutions, and the Special Prize of Shaanxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Award.
