Gao Yanjie, 
Professor of English at Xi’an Jiaotong University. She received her first MA in Translation Studies from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1988 and her second MA in English Teaching and Learning from the University of Liverpool, UK in 1996. She publishes extensively in both English studies and translation studies. Her research interests include translation studies and discourse analysis.
